Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction.
In the event, that there are any issues (damages / defects) with the product provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
In case of any last-minute change in intent, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders within a stipulated time and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received before order invoicing (typically within 24 hours) will be treated under cancellation requests.
For Refund please contact us and raise the request as per the required steps there.
Once approved, if paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account with in 10 days.
